Keeping your dog well-groomed between professional visits is important for their health and happiness. If we notice any issues during your dog grooming session, we’ll let you know right away. Regular grooming helps prevent problems like matting, which can be uncomfortable and harmful to the dog’s health.
Not sure what’s best for your dog? We’re here to help! We offer free lessons on how to brush and comb your pet for all our clients. Feel free to ask us about your dog’s grooming needs any time.
• All the dogs must be deflead and dewormed prior to each visit.
• All the dogs have to be immunised (or have antibodies) against common canine diseases.
• The safety and well-being of both dogs are our top priorities.
• We reserve the right to stop the grooming process if any concerns about health or safety arise for both dogs and humans.

Puppy Introduction Groom (PIG)
Benefits:
Gentle grooming tailored for puppies up to 8 months old, focusing on a positive and rewarding experience. Introducing grooming early helps puppies adapt and ensures a stress-free experience.
Important Information:
– All puppies must be fully vaccinated. Please bring your vet’s book on your initial visit.
– Includes 1.5 hour Free socialisation visits between their PIG appointments.
– We encourage your puppy to do more than one PIG session.
– For dogs over 8 months old, please refer to our standard grooming services.
– Note: Additional charges may apply for sensitive or reactive puppies requiring extra handling/time.
